Valescourt Ltd leases its properties to private and commercial tenants.

The property portfolio was built up for use by the RCP Group - a software development enterprise founded in 1980. After changes in the property requirements of the RCP Group, some of the property has been redeveloped as domestic accommodation. In 2006 the RCP Group was split up. The property interests are now held by Valescourt Ltd, while the software activities are continued by the independent company RCP Consultants Ltd trading as RCP.

When Valescourt Ltd was part of the RCP Group it was registered as Richards Computer Products Ltd. It has been renamed Valescourt Ltd to reflect its changed role.
