Of the Parish Council Meeting of Blewbury Parish Council held on
Thursday the 21st of April 2011 at 12 noon in the Benefice Office
Councillors present: Mr A Cooper, Mr R Farrell, Mr M Shread, Ms J Gibson
Also present: Elaine Smit, clerk
1. Apologies for absence. MaS, CD, MB, SL
2. Declarations of interest. None made
3. Resolution: To make a £4000 grant towards the Croquet Club’s clubhouse extension. RF proposed, MiS seconded, all agreed.
4. Payments for approval to be made under ancillary powers and within budgeted amounts

The cheque to Adventure Playground Engineers Ltd was left undated as planning permission for the TFF playspace was still being awaited. It was agreed that the cheque should be cancelled if it had not been used by 30th June 2011. Both payments were approved. RF proposed, JG seconded, all agreed.
5. Any Other Business
AC mentioned that he was investigating why the electrical supply was not provided to the proposed tennis club shelter.
RF asked that the clerk circulate the Good Councillors Guide to the new council.
