3. Payments for approval to be made under ancillary powers and within budgeted amounts

It was explained that payment was needed to progress the Playspace development. RF proposed, MiS seconded, all approved.
4. Any Other Business
The clerk reported that she and RF met with an installer of sound proofing materials to get a quote to carry out work in the Melland Room.
