Of a Special Parish Council meeting of Blewbury Parish Council held on
Friday 30th of October 2009 at the Benefice Office
Councillors present: Mr A Cooper (Chairman), Mr C Whatmore, Ms Jane Gibson, Mr R Farrell.
Also present: E Smit (clerk)
1. Apologies for absence. Mr J Drew, Ms A Barclay-Watt. Ms C Duckett &Ms S Loy were away on holiday.
2. Declarations of interest. None
3. Resolution: To formally approve and sign the Deed of Rectification between Oxfordshire County Council and Blewbury Parish Council relating to the land adjacent to the A417. AC & CW would sign the deed once received from the OCC. Resolution unanimously approved. The clerk reported that Emma Parkes from the Vale has confirmed that the planning decision could be granted provided that the Deed was accompanied by a letter from Oxford County Council to the Parish outlining the process.
4. Any Other Business. AC mentioned that there was a meeting with the architects for the Recreation Ground project on Tuesday 3rd November 2009.
5. Details of the next meeting. Parish Council meeting 11th of November.
