Disability |
Dialability is Oxfordshires central point of access to
impartial information about products and equipment for easier living.
We also provide advice on a wide range of topics. Our service is freely available to anyone of any age.
It was established in 1982 as a helpline to give information to empower disabled and older people to make decisions personal
to their own life. It recognises the huge need for information by individuals undergoing sudden life change,
or when dealing with a long-term condition and has grown over the years to include other aspects that directly affect
people's lifestyle. Equipment and the right "to try before you buy" is central to this.
Look at the website for topics about leisure,
information for parents with disability and the range of equipment for easier living.
There is a range of equipment and aids on permanent display with free, impartial information and advice.
