Centre for Reflection

The Aston Tirrold Centre for Reflection provides away days and quiet days, workshops and regular reflective groups at the United Reformed Church, Spring Lane, Aston Tirrold.

Methodist Church

Spring Line Methodist Church
At the beginning of 2010, Blewbury and Upton Methodist Churches combined to become the Spring Line Methodist Church, with two centres, the Blewbury Centre in Chapel Lane and the Upton Centre. Services are 10.30am on Sundays, alternating between the Blewbury and Upton Centres, except for the first Sunday in the month. The Blewbury Methodists then go to St. Michaels for a United Service, and the Upton Methodists either hold their own service or go to Didcot Methodist Church for the 10.30 service. See the Spring Line Methodist Church Bulletin Entry to learn which Centre is being used, and for details of Special Services. The Sunday School is joint with St.Michaels and is held in the Benefice Centre most Sundays during term time - see St Michael's entry for details.

Drop in for Coffee

Chapel is open for coffee and chat every Wednesday 10.30 - 12 noon.
Children, dogs, everyone welcome.

Other uses of the Chapel

The Chapel is also used regularly by various Blewbury Clubs and Societies, and for the monthly foot clinic. We now have new improved facilities: the Community Room at the rear of the chapel has been completely redecorated and refurbished, with a modern Kitchen area, an invalid toilet and wheelchair access. We now also have 10 robust folding tables, about 1 metre square, available for hire or loan for village events. Please contact Jo Lakeland (email jolakeland@tiscali.co.uk) if you would like to book the Community Room or the Main Chapel Room, or to borrow our tables.
